This is Gwen, aka dimstar. I was just looking at the members list for the diabetic-ed ring and I am sad and shocked to see how many people have stopped updating their diaries. With such a high mortality rate from the combo of diabetes and eating disorders, after five years of comorbidity of the two, I fear the worst. The only three people I know of to be alive are: Genuine Risk, Just-Fine, and Anainsight.
Please, if you are okay, let us know. I am worried :(
I so want all of you to be well. I am doing pretty good. I now have an insulin pump and I am struggling to stay in recovery. I now check my blood sugars and take my insulin... A miracle which I am so thankful for though I don't know what clicked.

Diabetics with Eating Disorders?
We are girls with diabetes and eating disorders. This journal is to help us keep tabs on each other as well as support one another. Because we need understanding and the two illnesses really butt heads. We will survive.
